We offer free priority shipping on all online orders over $200 within the United States.
In-stock orders typically ship within 1–2 business days and arrive in 2–3 business days via priority mail.

Made-to-Order Items

Some our pieces including select Gold Filled and Fine Jewelry styles are handcrafted after your order is placed. Please allow:
- Gold Filled & Sterling Silver — ships within 5–7 business days
- Fine Jewelry Basics — ships within 5–7 business days
- Fine Jewelry — ships within 4–6 weeks depending on the complexity of the piece
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once it's on its way.
If your order status shows "Made to Order," this simply means your piece is being handcrafted specifically for you. It is not a supply issue or a delay — it is the process.
Exchanges
We want you to love your piece. If something isn't right, we accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To start an exchange, email us at hello@albisia.com with your order number and we'll take care of you.
Final Sale Items
Many of our pieces are made to order — handcrafted specifically for you after purchase. Custom and bespoke designs are always final sale and cannot be exchanged. Made-to-order pieces from our standard collections follow our standard 14-day exchange policy, provided they are unworn and in original condition.
Permanent jewelry services are also non-refundable.
