Refund policy

We don't accept returns. We only accept exchanges within 14 days of your purchase.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer an exchange.

To qualify for an exchange:

1. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging.

2. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or gift receipt, is required.

Holiday Exchange Policy

We’re pleased to offer an extended exchange window for the holiday season. Purchases made between November 27th and December 25th, 2024, are eligible for exchange until January 15th, 2025.

Exchanges can be made for another item of equal or greater value, or for a gift card of equivalent value. This policy applies exclusively to purchases made during the specified holiday period.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Custom orders are exempt from being exchanged. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be sent to your e-mail, within a 1-2 business days.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a confirmation to the gift giver and s/he will find out about your return.

Shipping
After exchange approval granted by Albisia Jewelry to return your product we will provide a return label. You should mail your product to: Albisia's Jewelry Inc., 1605 W. Snow Circle, Tampa FL 33606, United States

Albisia Jewelry will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
