United States

Free priority shipping on orders over $200. Below that, your rate is calculated at checkout by USPS.

Once your order ships, delivery takes two to three business days.

Processing time

Pieces held in stock ship within two to three business days. Because every piece is made by hand, some orders take five to twelve business days to prepare. Fine jewelry and custom work can take longer. Email info@albisia.com or call 813 505 2611 if you need a date for a particular piece.

Express shipping may be available on request. Contact us to check whether your piece is eligible.

International

We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom and fifteen countries in Europe. International orders usually arrive within about two weeks.

Canada: rate calculated at checkout by USPS.

United Kingdom: rate calculated at checkout by USPS.

Europe: rate calculated at checkout by DHL Express. We ship to Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Monaco, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal and Spain.

Exchanges

Return shipping for exchanges is free. Once your exchange is approved we send you a prepaid label. Email info@albisia.com for details.
